Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping Information:

Please allow up to 2 weeks for the shipment of your custom-made print. During this period, you will receive a tracking number.

For framed prints, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery, as both the print and frame are custom-crafted with care. A tracking number will be provided within this timeframe. Framed prints are carefully wrapped by professional art couriers in bubble wrap and cardboard to ensure safe delivery.

To protect your print, please refrain from opening the packaging yourself. I recommend having the packaging opened by a professional framer to avoid any damage. Framing advice and care instructions will be included with your print.

• Domestic Australia - Rolled Print in Cylinder: $50
• Domestic Australia - Fragile Shipping: $150
• International Shipping - Rolled Print in Cylinder Only: $120

Returns Policy:

Due to the delicate nature of art transportation, we do not accept returns or exchanges on prints or original works for change of mind.

All artwork is handled with the utmost care during printing and packaging. If your delivery has been damaged in transit, please take photos of the packaging before opening and then photograph the damaged artwork.

Please head to the contacts page and leave a message with photos attached WITHIN 7 DAYS of receiving the delivery. If it qualifies for a replacement, we will send you a shipping label to return the artwork in it's original box / tube.

Please note that artwork ages over time. Paint and priming can become brittle, and changes in humidity can cause the fabric support to expand and contract, potentially leading to cracks.

Returns based on the aging of artwork are not accepted.

We will replace damaged prints with identical ones and for damaged originals we will provide a replacement commission.
